Hi, I'm Toby! I'm 28, originally from South London, and I've had dogs all my life. I've always had a bit of a knack with them, and I'm extremely proud to have been working to improve the lives of dogs and their owners since 2019!

I'm a fully qualified, accredited member of The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (The IMDT), as well as a Specialist Puppy Instructor & Specialist Scentwork Instructor. It's taken me a lot of time and hard work to achieve these qualifications, and I'm always looking to earn more! This year, I'm working towards becoming a qualified Behaviourist, and on top of this, I'm always doing at least one extra bit of learning each month.

I chose to join The IMDT because of their strong ethical framework, and their work as part of the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter to promote science-based, ethical training methods. This framework matches up with my own values and standards - all of my work is guaranteed 100% fear and force free, and this is something that I'm very passionate about.

I love working with dogs of all types - puppies to seniors, big and small, shy and outgoing, and I'm always ready to provide support no matter what the challenge. My guarantee to you is that I'll always do everything I can to help you, including directing you to colleagues if that's what would be most suitable for your situation. For instance, if your dog needs tailored behavioural support, I'll put you directly in touch with a recommended Behaviourist.

Silver Fox Dog Rescue

Small dog rescue charity working with fosterers all over the UK. They often take on difficult medical cases, and help facilitate rescues from China.

DDA Watch

Charity helping dogs affected by Breed Specific Legislation - they raise funds for legal cases, as well as spreading awareness and educating the public on the negative impacts of BSL.

Dogs Die On Hot Walks

Campaign by the RSPCA. The aim is to increase awareness and understanding of the risk that high temperatures can pose to dogs of any type, and how to avoid this risk.

ENDBSL

I've made my own position on Breed Specific Legislation clear, and continue to lend my voice to the overwhelming consensus reached by dog professionals - BSL needs to end in the UK.
